Having worked in the public and charity sector, I have helped people with job searches, CVs, applications forms, interview preparations and techniques.

I worked with clients seeking work due to career changes or after having been made redundant, and also with clients who are unemployed.

I have experience as an employability skills trainer, offering training to unemployed clients and learners on employment schemes wanting to improve their chances to land their dream job.

I am a Level 7 qualified professional holding an MSc in Occupational Psychology and also a Post Graduate Certificate in Career Coaching and Counselling. I am a registered member of the Career Development Institute and the British Psychological Society.

The approach I use is person-centred and solution-focused.
